​ “Viatores” (travellers in Latin) present a programme of western and world music with the aim to take the audience across the Mediterranean and around the World.

​The set includes songs sung in French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Greek and English.
Biographies
Kyriaki Pantelidou (stage name Kyra) is a young performer. She recently graduated with First Class Honours from B.Mus. (Hons.) degree of Jazz, Popular and Commercial Music at Sage Gateshead and she was awarded with the Ede and Ravenscroft Prize for outstanding students by the Faculty of Arts and Creative Industries of University of Sunderland.
           
From an early age Kyra was performing regularly in school events, school festivals, and regional talent shows. Since the age of 12 Kyra has been singing in a 4-part choir in Cyprus where she gained opportunities to perform in several music events, including a special performance at the Presidential Palace in Cyprus, festivals across Cyprus, Italy and Athens with famous Greek and Cypriot  artists.

t the age of 16 Kyra took part on the Greek version of “The Voice” which was watched nationally on TV.

As a part of her university course Kyra has performed at the Prestigious Sage Gateshead (UK) alongside talented musicians including guitarist, Bradley Johnston. Whilst studying in the UK she was a part of choir ensembles including, “Polyphonia” and “Mouthful” in Newcastle. This also took part in the “Fellowship of Hill and Wind and Sunshine”, a participatory song Cycle in summer 2018, on the summits of mountains in The Lake District - supported by National Trust. She has also taken part in numerous jam sessions at The Jazz Café (Newcastle) - impressing audience members with her quite nature and charming voice.  

Bradley Johnston has become firmly established on the North East jazz scene in the UK. He has studied jazz guitar with Dr. James Birkett at Sage Gateshead since the age of 14, and graduated from the B.Mus. degree programme in 2016 at Sage Gateshead with a First Class Honours classification. Furthermore, Bradley has just recently completed a PGCE at Newcastle College. 

In his role as featured soloist in Jambone (the Regional Youth Jazz Ensemble) he has also performed alongside numerous jazz artists from the UK, USA, Cuba and Brazil. Brad has performed at some major jazz festivals in the UK, including: Gateshead International Jazz Festival; Manchester Jazz Festival; Isle of Skye Swing Jazz Festival; Callander Jazz Festival. He has also performed at the Parliamentary Jazz Awards, Portcullis House, London.

​For several years he has been presenting duo concerts with James, and their first CD (entitled Together) presents a variety of jazz repertoire for two guitars. Brad also works regularly with the duo Hand To Mouth, presenting repertoire sung and performed by Ella Fitzgerald and Joe Pass. He works regularly as a sideman and session musician throughout the region.  

Brad teaches at the 
prestigious Music Education Centre, Sage Gateshead (UK).
